I don't use that much bread so I buy it most of the time. But in the winter when it's cold out and I am getting company I sometimes bake a loaf. I don't have a bread machine so it's totally from scratch! Yummy!

I am veryhealth conscious as I am a diabetic, type 2, so I eat 'my veggies and fruits, leanmeat, lo fat dairy and whole grains. I love to find new kinds of bread in the market. I love delicious breads. I think it about evens out whether you buy bread from the store or make it at home as you do have to buy certain ingredients withe which to make bread. I only cook for myself so I do not use a lot of bread but what I do use I want to be the healthiest of choices.
