what do you mean by the star placed above your username here in mylot?

i am a newbie here, and i don't know much of this site. I was wandering and begin asking question on my mind about the star that is being placed above my user name, its color and no. and if i click on the star there was a fraction appears 43/100. Also, as i have observed in this site that the star was in different colors and within the star in a no. hope i can clear my mind with this thing... thank you very much...

When you reach 100th post , you get a star. The number in the star indicates your reputation in mylot. It ranges from 1 to 10. The higher the better.
