Anyone reading Sherlock Holmes?

I was browsing in a bookstore, when I noticed that there were reprints of Sherlock Holmes' stories. His famous collections, like The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes, The Return of Sherlock Holmes, Case Book & the Last Bow. I am amazed that they have reprinted these...it was like I first saw these maybe 10 years back. I enjoyed reading Sherlock Holmes; I really admire the sharp, critical mind behind a seemingly cold facade. His books started my love of crime and detective stories, and so far, none can compare to the astute observation and deductive reasoning of this fictional detective in solving difficult cases. Does anyone else read his stories?

Becuase of the seizers it hard for me to remember books I've read. Until I start reasing one and get to the point that I remember reading it before, lol. I do remember the Sherlock Holmes tv programs and I watched them all. The were based on the books. I loved that show. It would be really nice if they would put on some new ones or even the old ones running again would make me happy.

At bedtime, my partner and I listen to the radio plays of the Sherlock Holmes stories. It's a really nice way to spend quality time together. The plays with Clive Merrison as Holmes are really worth looking for if you're interested. They're superbly written and performed.
