Hotmail Problems HELP!!

I put this in questions and answers for I've a question and am hoping someone out there has an answer!! lol
I have a hotmail account and have had it for quite some time now and never encountered such a problem before and don't know how to fix it. This is the senerio, when I compose an email, I'll get a full page where it shows everything that I've typed up however, when I hit reply to respond back to someone, my page shrinks so badly that I can't see but only one line of what I've typed up and have to constantly scroll up and down to see it all and it's so frustrating that I've had to resort to using word to type it all up to be sure it sounds right then copy and paste it onto my hotmail and send it OR copy their email and make a new compose email so I can see all that I've typed.
Did that make sense? Has anyone else encountered this problem? What did you do? HELP!!

I hate hotmail. I hardly use it. I had this problem too, and just went back to their older version and it works better for me. Other than that, I'm afraid I can't help. I'm such a dufus when it comes to this kind of thing. I hope though, that you get an answer on your question. Hugs.

Oh I know you hate it. lol It's just that I hate changing emails for it's a pain in the rear end!! lol Plus having to learn how it all works and so on and so on. BLA!! However, if I can't find a solution then I'll have to change but I don't want to right now because there's too much going on that I'm afraid I won't comprehend how to use gmail like I do with hotmail but this glitch just has to go! lol

Cats, go back to gmail then. I'll help you through any questions and probs you might have with it. It's really very simple and much more user friendly, so let's give it a try again ok? You are just a little leary of it because it's new. That will pass and you'll have me backing you all the way. As for your first responder - I've told her to not be rude. Let's hope she listens. If she doesn't and gets ruder or nasty, she will be reported. No worries.

That's a new one to me, but I did have problems with them when they first switched to the "Live" thing. My problem was trying to delete things! But, it was a bug on their end!
I think that there is a help or contact us somewhere on the site. Maybe look for something like that?

I agree, it was after they switched to this windows live thing which I don't like much but hate to have to change emails for it's a pain in the rear end! lol I'll try that... if I can find it. I'm so scatter brained as of late with all that's on my mind and it's no wonder!! lol I was hoping it would resolve itself but it hasn't so I'll look for that contact us thingy. Thanks!!

At work where I didn't have Outlook, I had the same problem. When I switched back to the "traditional" hotmail the problem went away. Apparently in the "Live" version they don't think you need to see your email.
Do you have Outlook? I highly suggest using that to receive your email.
