Eating: Inside or out?

With the warmer weather I do find that I enjoy eating outside once in a while....there is something special about a picnic or just enjoying your food while breathing in some fresh air. On vacation we also ate in an outside restaurant that had a cooling mist to keep us comfortable and that was refreshing! So which do you prefer? Eating inside or outside?

We love eating outside which is why my husband built a large deck with plenty of room for the grill and the outside furniture. We like to have my daughter and her family over on the weekends and we usually cook out on the grill and eat outside. We also have torches on the railings which look so pretty in the evening.

We just had our supper out on the deck. It was cooler than in the house. We did see one wasp but it could have been worse. It is beautiful to be out there on a nice evening that is not too humid.

For me in the warmer weather and eating outside depends on how hot, what time of day, the wind and the bugs. I prefer it to be more on the cooler time of the day and don't like when it is too windy. Don't care to eat outside if there are flys and or mosquito's either.
It is really nice on my patio around noon or late evening.

Back home, in Viriginia, I used to love eating outside on a warm summer's night! Out here in California, we are surrounded by cow farms. Because of our location, the flies are terrible! I can barely go outside without having them everywhere, I am not about to take food outside to eat it. I am looking forward to our move down South in December so we can start doing things like eating our food outside without sharing half of it with flies.

I like to eat outside sometimes as long as the weather is nice and they're aren't a lot of bugs! Bugs can really ruin a meal outside!
We don't really have any patio furniture, but I hope that someday we might have some and then we can eat outside more often than we do now!

If the weather is warm i do enjoy eating outside in the fresh air. I enjoy having a picnic and then just lazing about in the sun afterwards.So i prefer eating ourside

Once in awhile we do enjoy eating outside at a restaurant. Since it's beginning to get rather hot and humid, we are more inclined to eat inside. We've had so much rain that it can be clear out for awhile and suddenly start pouring. Neither of us like gnats hanging around us and that happens this time of the year. When at home eating, we are always inside. I would love to go on a picnic with my husband but he would prefer to be at a softball game. What can I say!

Eating outside is OK, but I am better inside with my computer, by a window. There's less noise inside the cafe than outside, and there is less a chance that bugs will get into my food. I once had a bee land on a burger I was wating, and I actually got stung under the tongue because I was not aware the bee was there. After that happened, I prefer to eat inside!

I dont mind eating outside when the weather is nice and not to hot.The only think about eating outside is the flies. Seems like the flies are always around when you want to eat. I enjoy picnics without the flies or nats.

i never got used to eating out, like i'm staying home and i would feel going out just to eat something. we were never imbibed with that kind of habit. although i'm sure it would be nice to have a picnic outside during a nice weather. or eat in an airconditioned restaurant during a hot weather. when we want to eat something cold we can just buy cold drinks in the store or something cold to eat which is readily available in small stores here in our neighborhood so we don't really need to go out.
we usually eat out after doing the grocery, after going to the church, or or after shopping.

I love eating outside when the weather's nice. Sometimes when it's too hot its nice to have an umbrella. In the winter I always like to eat inside because I don't like to be cold. xD

We went last night, my nephew caught 2 sharks. I also caught 2 sharks but they were small so i threw them back! My daughter took a quilt and when my grandsons got tired we just spread it out and they lay down and looked at the stars until they went to sleep. At night it is cooler, less bugs, less crowded (we are usually the only bunch out after about 9p.m.) and quieter. Sometimes we even take the grill and have a cookout. All the kids love it and think that it is "cool" to cook and eat in the middle of the night. One of the last outings that we had with my husbands Mom before she passed away was a night fishing trip and cook out, this is going to be a great memory for not only her son but her grand kids and great-grand kids that were there, especially since she out-fished EVERYBODY else! LOL

INSIDE! Don't get me wrong...being outside on our deck, surrounded by the woods with the brids singing...whats not to like...the answer is easy...BUGS. I am such a freak around flying insects...I am totally not a picnic person..I am the idiot running around putting napkins over all the food so the flies won't get on it...because I tell you if I see a fly land on anything I will not touch it...and yes I know I probably have eaten food the bugs have been on, but as long as I don't see it I can live with it....just call me a total nutcase!

Outside! And in the evening, I like to say that the evening air makes all food taste better.
We like to cook outside too.
We don't eat out enough for it to be mainly a restaurraunt thing. We like to eat outside at home, on our porch.

I like eating inside for the most part but I have found myself a couple of times going out to sit on my patio to eat lunch since its summer now.
We keep our house pretty cool and so when i'm freezing it feels really nice to go out there and just relax and eat.

I prefer eating inside whatever the weather outside, because then my food is not going to be surrounded by flies and other insects, which would instantly put me off my food. I get really annoyed in the Summer when we have the windows open and flies come in the kitchen when I am trying to prepare food.

On days with clear sky and weather is good then I like to out and eat out side in some roof top or garden restaurants. I love to go out when the whether is good and have fresh air and spend some time in company of plants and flowers.

I think it's nice to eat outside when it's sunny and beautiful out. I love the fresh air. I like to take the kids up to the park and we have a picknick while they play on the jungle gym.
