oh yeah i am cheap. i do have my limits. i am cheap when it comes to spending less to get more. if for instance if i hear of a place giving away free stuff, that i know i can use later on. i will go check it out. i know i wont have to spend anything for if i see it in the store.
the one thing i wont do is search the garbage if i am standing at the bus stop
