plz help me in taking decision that is it safe to open an account on paypal? Do v have to pay any kind of money to open an account, or for transaction of money?????????? Plz help me........

No we dont, however to get a payment out of paypal and into an indian account we need to collect at least $ 250 and plus pay $5 for transfering it to our account. So its a lot of money for indians. But I have an account and everything else is free over there. You dont even need a credit card.

no, yeh it is safe to open an acoount on paypal. You go to paypal website and make an ID on paypal and it is safe and you can buy any thing from your paypal account, and it is free no need to pay for a paypal account,"Its Free Free"
