For some time past,i like America television series prison break.
See these english speaking series can improve english-learning interest.
I haven't search these TV program rencently.
Wondering some new interesting films!

I think "prison break" is a bit difficult to digest (in terms of the story) and involves some kind of conspiracy, which is not quite my fave these days. Maybe you should try "Monk" (a detective series) and "4400" (similar to "Heroes" except that "4400" is more dramatic).
