Hi!! I'm French and I've also lived in Spain! So... It depends of what you're looking for. I lived in Andalucia, the South of Spain. It was great, festive, cheerful, and hot (43 degrees in Cordoba in June) !! Spanish are kind people, they will easily speak with you and welcome you. On the other hand France is a wonderful place as well. If you want to go to the beach, I advise you to go on the Atlantic coast, it's less touristic than the south and the mediteranean sea and awesome. If I prefer French landscapes, peaple are less friendly than Spanish.

Me neither but I have heard a lot more about France then Spain when it comes to tourists destinations. Aside from the Eiffel Tower, you can also go to the Louvre Museum to see the famous arts and different paintings. If given the chance, I would choose France first. I would like to feel the ambiance of how it is to live in the city of lights (Paris). Happy trip to you! Hope you have a wonderful vacation and hopefully you share us some pics.
