finally hearing the voice you've missed

So as some of you may recall my man was getting paroled soon...Well he got out last Monday and FINALLY on Thurs I got to hear his voice and laugh for the first time in 3 yrs....and it was AMAZING ..Absolutely made my day!! We didnt talk for as long as i would have liked but he was visiting a friend and was only out on a 2hr pass from the CCC (halfway house) so I didnt want to take up all his time with her ya know..... The next hurdle....him getting out of CCC and into his own place so I can go visit for a week! how do you feel when you finally get to see or speak to someone you love (intimately or family or friend etc etc) that you'd not been able to for a long time?

As you know, my husband is in Arizona and I am in Ontario. We talk multiple times a day, and I know that we are sooooooo blessed to be able to do this, bout it is sill thrilling and exciting to hear his oice every time I get the chance. I enjoy every minute of it, and don't take a thing for granted.

You are very lucky to be able to talk that often....none the less though, being apart (adn that really is quite the distance!) so sucks...How long will either he be there or you in Ontario? Thats gotta be so tough on you guys

ravenlady I am so glad for you, you finally got to talk with him and hear his voicer and he will be out soon. good luck to you both. and God bless too. I have not really been in quite that situation so do not really know but am just very happy for you both. ravenlady.
