hey friends.. We know that people all over the world keep moving from place to place for some reason. Some go for work, while some go for their higher studies. And there are few other reasons too. People may have to move from their place to save their lives from natural disasters. Some people leave their country all alone for a while, and some leave with their family to settle down in foreign countries. I like to travel or stay abroad for a while but not forever. I cannot cope with a new culture. All the more important thing is that i cannot tolerate with the food and cost of living. Now, honestly do you like leaving your country and getting settled somewhere else??

My husband is working in the USA, and I am a CAnadian citizen (he's an American). I fly to the USA and back here a few times a year, to be with him.

Hello, padu! There is no reason for my going abroad when all amenities are available here in India.I don't think, better education is available in some other countries.education in India,in no way, inferior than the education of America or England or any other country.for service might be some people going out.but that is a brain drain.that should be discouraged.of course you may go for a change or for a treatment.now i am in my seventies and at this age i dont like to leave my country.so also i can not advice my children to leave India for they will be treated as a second class citizen in a foreign country.thanx.

The country in which i was born how could i leave it ah tell me. I love my country very much. See studies we can have in abroad we can stay for a while in abroad but at last country in our helping hand. I will stay for while enjoy and return back to home. There will be a food problem as we used to have everything in our country but in abroad we wont get what so ever we might be our own soil is the best one .

If I prefer to think only about myself, yes, I would most probably like to leave my country. My country is full of corrupt officials and while some people claim that there is still hope for our country, others only prefer to go to the dark side. But what I really plan to do in the future is to stay here and try to "work things out". If you know my father, you would know why I would readily stay in the Philippines. I am not into politics nor I am into rallies and those kind of stuff, but I would most certainly be guilty if I do not do something about the situation here. I am no superwoman. I have no magical powers nor do I have mathematical formulas to sort things out. But the concern itself would truly make the difference. I am educated and I have been exposed to the truth, and I thank my father for that. There's no better way to show appreciation for my father than to put into action things that he would have done himself. Well, not all actually. Only the ones that are not beyond my capability. But I do plan to travel the entire globe. I surely would love to visit different places and taste all sorts of foods. If you watch Discovery Travel and Living, it can also entice you to have a trip around the world. But I will stay, build a house and have a family in my homeland.

Honestly, yes. Our family is currently ongoing a process for immigration to Canada. I really hope we would be approved. I would love to live in a new environment and live a new life. Not that I despise my life now, but I want a better life for my future. Actually, when I was younger, I always fought for staying here in our country (Philippines) because I was not that confident yet that time that I could adjust in a new strange environment. My mom always encouraged me to love the idea of moving to another country. And she was successful in making me interested to live in a new country. Now I am excited to graduate (next next year I hope) and move out. But this is not yet sure. We are still in the stage of processing our papers. But if ever we will have that chance to move to another country, we will only be there in many years for work and if we would want to go back to our homeland, we would surely do. Nothing beats staying in the place where you are born. But opportunity is in other places. I'll just grab it there and then return here. ;)

I love to travel internationally, even for extended periods of time. In school, I used to travel a lot for orchestra tours, concerts, language programs etc. I've had some of my best experience abroad. But like you I probably couldn't just get up a move to a foreign country forever (that is unless I had relatives over there).
