Soy Milk and Pregnancy...

I have searched everywhere and before I ask my doctor, I wanted to see if anyone here knew for sure. I have read that diets HIGH in soy can affect male fetuses. I only drink some with cereal in the morning. But I don't know if there's even a safe amount. Some say it's completely safe and I hear all kinds of things. Does anyone know for sure?
