What did you do?

Do you have a list of stuff that needs to be done around your house? Did you do any of it today? My hubby and I have an ongoing list of household projects that we want to get done. Instead we cleaned the cars. It took forever. So we got nothing else accomplished. What did you do today?

We do keep a mental list of things that need to be done. We both work every other weekend and the weekends we don't work are usually spent relaxing and enjoying ourselves. The stuff that needs to get done gets done gradually. Rainy days seem to be the best time to do these mundane tasks. The general housekeeping is done on a daily basis. Each one of us will do whatever is needed to maintain the cleanliness of the house.

Yes, elsusivebutterfly, I agree with you about the rainy days. The weather today was too nice to do the indoor jobs, which is why we cleaned the cars. I try to keep up with the housecleaning during the week. We have a lot of painting projects to do.

Hubby didn't have to work today so he stayed home and did the housecleaning. I came home from work and crashed in the rocking chair! Snore!

I got up and checked my mail, my forums, and my blog. I chatted for a while. reminded my man to call a friend that had his tenth birthday today. I saw a movie. We defrosted our freezer. Ate a bit. That's about it.

nope i dont have any lists for must have done in the house for the weekend...but last saturday my husband fix our electrical wirings and after that we play some badminton in the front yard..totally we had a good day last saturday..

yes, I have a whole list of things to be done around my house, but I cant ever seem to get them done. Today I got up and went shopping and paid a bill then when I got home I did my homework and sat down to mylot. None of these were on my agendas to be done today.
