I was skeptical when people tell/told me that times fly after having my baby. I sure was proven wrong! Of coarse there were days when it dragged on and on, but the whole six months of my son's life has gone by so fast. A lot has happened since Orion was born. He has only had a few minor problems, which were/are being taken care of. I feel lucky enough for that. He can already sit up without any support at all and is trying very hard to sit up himself from a laying position. It isn't working yet but he is strengthening his muscles by just trying! He can roll over both ways, I've seen him do it many times, but he just does not like being on his tummy. I try to get him on it just so that he can get the time on it he needs, but refuses. He can lift his whole midsection off the ground when he is on his tummy, happy or not. (I have to pray that he will be fine on his tummy or else he will cry bloody murder. He sounds like he's been stabbed and is in chronic pain. I know that it doesn't really hurt him though because he has spent time on his belly for at least twenty minutes without any troubles) He's eating baby foods now, cereals and other foods, he has only had banana's and green beans though, but that's a start. and what's more awesome is that he liked the beans better than the bananas! I mean I know they have their potential and such, but veggies are the foods most children won't eat. I can't wait to try carrots though! He has also cut his first two bottom teeth and I think he's cutting at least one top tooth. They are coming in slow but I'm a very patient woman. He is such a big boy, and it makes me want to cry, actually I have cried for him watching him become more independant. This isn't a how to or help me kinda thread this is a brag about my son kind. If you have anything proud to say about your own children share it with me, I want to share your joy :D

They were right about how fast they grow. My little girl will be 8 in September and it is hard to believe she was once a little baby. Where did the time go? Although I vowed I never wanted to start over sometimes I miss the times when she was little they do the cutest things. Just make every moment memorable.

I vowed the same thing although I'm not feeling that I miss a lot of what happened. I do love seeing my son grow up mind you. It is just a lot of hard work to help them along the way :). As much as I enjoy that I would like nothing more than to teach one heh
