What OS is everyone using?

Currently i am running windows Vista, but i like to use windows XP (has a vertual pc) & Windows 98 (old glory lol I love my 98) and i use ubuntu 7.10. So jrop a line and tell me what operating systems that you are using!

My the laptop I'm using is running vista but I don't really like it so I installed vmware(virtual machine software) and I'm running a very specialized and customized version of windows xp. Other than that I use Mandriva, Slackware, or Slax(live linux distro based off of Slackware).

i got a question for you dose VM ware have mouse capture issues?

I am gunna have to switch to vm ware because Microsoft vertual pc has lots of errors it can copy and past but i usealy recive errors and if i want to test out a linux system it cant capture the mouse

I personally think WinXP is the best OS and will be until 2010 at least, when MS is going to come up with a new OS. Vista might be secure, but it is not so user-friendly, that is why not so many people like it, I believe.

We have in Russia a ZverCD XP edition, it is not legitimate I think, but it looks like Vista. As for Vista features, I do not think that Aero is so good, it does really consume much CPU power. Until I buy Core2Quad, I would not consider buying Vista nor adding any Vista features to XP...

I like XP too i think of it like it is an update of windows 98 user frendly and overall they were bouth stable. If you rilly wanted to you could download a bunch of free were to make xp look like vista and have some features of vist in it.

I am using Windows Vista. Not that I like it all that much it has it's perks, but I think that I like Windows XP better. Of course everyone likes 98 it was predictable. LOL

well Ubuntu n XP user too here :) .Ubuntu in my desktop n XP in my laptop ;)
