Family or Work?

I just wondering how will cope a mom like me to her work and to her family. I'm just only a mom whose working at work. (I have internet job) But for me working at work made me feel happy but at the same..obligation to my kids and my husband has gave a confusing part. I just think that being with them is the most happier of my life even become harder to my part. You? are you willing to sacrificed your career to your family?

This is what I'm faceing now.I have things to do in my own company. Otherhand I have to responsible for my family. But i try to good in all field.I try to handle 2 things in same time.But I believe that I can do all in one time.
And also all the women in this era should know how to control everything.This is our part of life!

Yeah your totally right, every career woman I'm sure facing this issue. And we can't do something about it.

I am willing to sacrificed my career. I think the more important in life is how to make our life in balance. To work is good for earn money, but give time for fam is important too. So, i try to make it go in balance.

for me, yes i am willing... but, due to economic concerns... i have to leave and work for them... but, i make it sure that there is a time for bonding... because i also think that we should set time for our family to feel our pressence and ther pressence to...
