You would need one wireless modem, and a network card for each computer. The computers just need to be in range of the modem for the internet to work. You of course need to be running ethernet through the router. I suggest you make a WEP password over the network, this makes it so people in their cars, other stores, and around your cafe cant access the network connection unless they ask you for your password.
