Sometime I think I would like to write a novel or a short story. The writing part is not what is difficult, it's the content! I think of stories but they never seem intricate enough to write whole novels about, or even short stories. Do you write? Where do you draw your inspiration from?

I love to write and be an award winning novel writer but i found it difficult to do so because writing needs time and effort.. a peaceful place and a concentration... no interruption for my train of thoughts. But I just can't find time to do so because my job is entirely different from my work atmosphere.. By the way I was able to write a poem, it was published on our school newspaper, I made short stories but i really found a hardtime for revision , it's really getting my time...and it must be done continously for the flow of the story not to be ruined. My inspiration is my imagination, I just don't know, an idea just pop up and I wish I can write something about it. Real life stories are good enough but I want to create things on my own so I can call it really mine. I wish I can fulfill my dreams to write a novel, short stories, a movie script.

I love to write about things that happen in real life with a little twist here and there. I have many projects going on at once so it is hard to find one time or another to really concentrate on it. I love to read thought! That is a great place to get ideas and information! Is there a particular type of stories you like to read? Maybe that is a good place to start!

Write down as much as you have. Put it away for awhile then a month or so later read it and see if an idea to make it longer comes to you. If I see, hear, read, etc. something that makes me think it would make a good story I consider it inspiration.
