hello there my friends. I'd been quiet for so many months. Well, I'd been through difficult times. A Lot of trials came and I'd been down and so disappointed. I now believe that you can only count on your friends when you encountered a big problem. I thought its the end of my world. But its still true as long as you have life to live in, just keep on waiting for the bright light.... How about you? Have you been through hard times? Share it with me. I'd like to get some points from you.

i may say that i have been to hell down there but managed to get up and live again... first i have a bigger God than all problems in the world. Jesus christ will always be my fortress and strength acknowledging the fact the I cant do anything without HIM and i live by the rule of everything has its purpose and reasons for existence...i may not know it at once but someday i will...just trust in the Lord with all your heart... and everything will end up good if it is not good today, well, it is not yet the end then... God bless...

So that is the reason. I missed you discussion if you liked to know. Me,today, I am having a hard time. I felt exhausted lately and feeling lonely. I became tired of life and even thinking of ending my life. I posted a discussion here in Mylot and many of our friends wanted to save me. They rescued my life as fast as 911..i am so glad i reached out on them. About your discussion, I think having strong faith in God and yourself can help overcome that trials, it is you will help you in that difficult times and your family and friends are the supporting characters. It is still you who decide what you want to become they will only advice you. Me, i had read and heard some of the advices our friends in Mylot shared, but I am still lonely, but I am not thinking of ending my life as a result my family to suffer when i die, no, no, no, no and i i will not do it again. I will not think of that again. I will never be that bad girl again. I am learning. How i wish i improved for the better future.

So nice to know that I was not forgotten by mylotter friends like you. I totally agree with you, strong faith in God to surpass the trials. I almost forgot Him. But then I realized that I focused too much on my problem. I'm glad that the pain starts to heal. Wish the same for you....

Sad to hear what you have been through but I am glad you are back telling all those things- because in that way we know you are healing. In my case, whenever i am faced with a very difficult situation, I cry then say all the fears, the anxiety, the disappointment in a prayer and admit that because I am fragile and weak, I can never surpass all those things so i would be needing a big big hand and a shoulder to cry on. Down low times in life do happen and we cannot do anything about it since they are there to strengthen us but just like the certainty of those difficult times coming - there is also a certainty of those passing away. So I guess you just have to think that everything, including those problems and difficulties will pass too and that it would end sooner or later. Place your vision in to those days after those "down" times where you can smile from ear to ear again and I am sure that will certainly be a comforting way to face those times. OF course, share your down times with someone too, cry with a friend, go shopping together or have a haircut or treatment that will certainly make you feel good. =)

Trials and disappointments are always a part of life. You just have to face it bravely. Many times in my life I feel that way. It seems that I can no longer handle things, it's too hard for me and think I can't do it anymore.. but..suddenly, I come to my senses that no body can help me except God and myself. I just prayed for courage and strength, I need to be positive that I can do it with God's help. Well, if you believe in God, Just pray and trust in him. This is the ultimate help we can ask for. Nothing is impossible with God if you truly Trust in Him. I was able to overcome it because I know that I am not the only person here on earth who have problems. Others have bigger problems than mine but they are fine.. have a good day...

I've had my difficulty times as well and thank God i went through it all just fine. it'll really come into our way and we have to be strong and prepared for whatever it is. pray to God that He'll be there to guide you as you go though all those. lean on to your loved ones if you need to. to those people who inspire you and love you back. always smile and think that maybe tomorrow it'll be okay -- even if you have to say it everyday. in short, be positive. see the good side as always.

Hi there, when I am sad, first thing I will do is take time for myself and reflect, I also take time to relax and pray a lot, then, I need to go out with friends to play my favorite sports and most of all spending time with my parents, sister and husband will always make me feel great! I am reminded always despite of trials in life, I am still blessed to have them! Cheers!

My last 2 years have been very hard for me. First I found out that I have asthma, and I'm very athletic and I didn't like the sound of it. I didn't want to take medicine or believe that I have asthma, but I got used to it after a while and the medicines are easy to take. It hasn't made my life any harder as I got used to it, but just few months after that I started losing weight, and fast. My stomach was hurting and doctors didn't know what was wrong with me. Down from 65kg to 40kg...They ran tests on me for half a year and in march 2006 they found out I have crohn's disease. It's chronic autoimmune disease. I couldn't believe it, but I was too tired to do anything, and even care. I felt almost I could just die away, and none would care. So I got some pretty strong medicine, pills...I didn't like it, I'm a very bad pills eater. It was a struggle to get my seven pills down everyone morning and evening. It took me about an hour. I tried everything, yogurt to some food, juice or porridge, none was easy way to eat them. After about 4 weeks of eating pills, I started to feel little better. Stomach didn't hurt anymore, gained some weight, and found a new joy from life, and it started to get easier and easier to eat pills. So the medicine helped me. Now its a everyday thing to eat my medicine and it is easy. The disease strikes at now and then, and I have to take easier. Currently I'm going throe some liquid healing thing. Only liquid nutrition drinks, nothing else. Just 2 weeks and 5 more days and I can start eating normal food. So yeah, I can say I've been throe some very hard times.

I lost my son two days after Christmas in 2006- I had wonderful family and friend support. I depended on the Lord and had some special experiences- and got through it although sometimes it is still very difficult. But I am absolutely sure I will see him again and that keeps me going.

I was about to post a discussion of the same topic when I saw this. Yes, I am going through a difficult stage right now. Sometimes I keep wondering when these trials are going to end or will they ever end. But maybe there really is a reason for all of these and I just have to hold on.

I definitely know how it is to go through hard times. I moved away from my father and then six months later he passed away. Since then I've had problems with money, school, and my health. I would suggest that you pray, surround yourself with positive people, keep yourself busy, and maybe even she a therapist. I'm doing all of the above and even taken medications to get myself back to normal. I hope the best for you!

Its good for us Humans to have a special feature called Patience. Patience is a virtue and all the problems will be solved at a particular time. We have to wait for that particular time with patience than rushing into things. I managed to get out of such things with ease as time passes the problems also solve. I'm not saying that leave the problems to solve at their own but I'm saying you to try to solve the problems slowly ans don't rush into things and have a good patience.

I've been through a lot in my life. So much that it would take a very long time to list it all ha ha But seriously, I've dealt with things so painful that I never thought I would ever make it through it. But looking back I see that it was God that came along side me and led me by the hand. He is so faithful and although times were hard and I felt like giving up...he was and still is there. God bless and I'm glad your feeling better :)

Well, I won't go into details but all my life I have betrayed in one way or other by friends and faimily alike and it has brougght me to the point where I find it very hard to trust anyone. Let's just say I have learned very much the hard way that it is far more important to have one or two good true friends than a million backstabbing ones.
