Changing Avatar

I have only been with MyLot for 2 weeks. I see others with a picture for the Avatar. But I can't seem to find a way to change mine. I have gone to photos, but this seems only to be for personal photos I might like to upload. Can anyone please help? Or is this something that we earn the longer we have been with MyLot?
