How are things there after the typhoon? Sorry if you've answered this before, but with email notification of my friends' discussions, I don't see the whole topic. I hope most of your people are alright and suffer minimally.

hi dragon, i think some other place here was pretty much affected by that thypoon. but, luckily here in our place its fine and no casualties. What is the most devastating part ws the sinking of the ship... that greater than 800 people on board including the crews... Our government authorities now are doing a search and rescue operation. But, in totallity, still as usual, same society as it is... High price of commodities nowadays...

I'm glad you're alright but so sorry for the families of the ferry victims. That has to be a horrible way to die. I'm glad there were a few survivors but my prayers are going out for the families of the drowning victims.
