whenever i play clan wars and im in jail i always see opponents doing funny dancing emotes how do u unlock them??

Could you be any more specific? there are tons of emotes that can be done. some emotes come with skillcapes other emotes come form random events. you may be witnessing the zombie dance emote or the mime movement. these could also be the effects of some of the past and present holiday items. if you give a little bit more information or use your favorite search engine im pretty sure that you can find something on your mystery emotes.

dancing emotes not skill capes. and i looked at emote tab and there was no possible selection of which one it could be.still kinda clueless
