employee's benifits

What benifits do an employee should have on his company...??? Shouold the gov't set a standard for all benifits that a company give to his employee...???

It depends from which country you are from. There are countries where employee benefits are set forth by their labor laws. These benefits are required to be given to them by their employers. Companies provide additional benefits to their employees too.

it should be, because some company doesn't pay for the benefits even the employee has been work for years. in Indonesia, this employment benefit has been approved by the minister of labor since 2003, but it is had a several variations rate for the employee whose will receive the benefit.
