Get her a nice card and airplane tickets to some massage resort with her husband if you are the husband or a son. Also you should get her some flowers and chocaltes and take her out to a nice dinner.

First things first...How much is your budget? If you have lots of money, then maybe a vacation for two would be good for your mom. Somewhere in the beach .Maybe a perfume, I suggest you should buy Clinique Heart. Or maybe a gift certificate from a salon or spa if you have a tight budget.
