I always quit in the middle and I hate myself for this bad habit. I will try this plan for a couple of days and that for another some time. Do you? And are there any pieces of adice for me to learn?

I do like to procrastinate myself and will find that I often will leave projects to only go back to them later. I know that it is a bad habit, but as habits go they are very hard to get rid of. Have a Great day.

In other words, you are a little fickle-minded and cannot concentrate totally on one thing for a long duration. You yourself have understood that this is a problem of yours, which is 50 percent of the problem solved for you already. Now the only thing which remains is to take the right step. Whenever you're on to one plan, don't think of any others along the way. Complete the job on your hand and then set your eyes on the other. And if you're referring to multiple plans for the same job, then I will advice you to ponder over all of them at the outset and only when you're satisfied with the best way, should you move on with it and then concentrate on no others. Cheers.

Please don't get me wrong, lynette. I didn't mean to mock you or anything. It's just that I myself know how it feels like to be so indecisive at times in our lives. We just can't make out which way to go. At these times, I simply leave the outcome to God and carry on with the best plan in my opinion. I know this is hard, it will always nag you on the back of your mind when you wonder if this was the correct path to take. But I have stopped worrying, thinking whatever will be the outcome, it was pre-ordained for me. Perhaps, you should also try it sometimes. It reduces the burden somewhat, trust me.

As much as possible, I plan something and I will be happy that I was able to fulfill it. But there are just those little obstacles that seem to try to make me not finish what I had in mind. And I had those days that what I had in mind didn't go as planned. That makes my frustration a little hard to swallow. I heard this DJ over the radio say something like this. "If you've got plans for today, then do it. So the next day, it is much easier to do a new one." For example, today I plan to go to the market and buy some things. But my little obstacle is that I'm feeling a little lazy going out of the house. But I know I have to carry through that plan. So, as of now, there's a mini-battle going on inside my head. And I'm guessing, my plan is winning. So, tomorrow, I won't have to worry making plans again so that my original plan will work. I am going to resolve what I had in mind today, so by tomorrow I can do other things.

may be you can find a few friends to carry through the plan together, you can encourage each others when one of you want to give up in the middle.actually,I am not a strong-minded person,I always give up because of some certain matters.for example,I used to plan to do exercises every night, but when it's a rainy day,I couldn't do that, then after rainy days,I always tried to find some excuse to avoid doing exercise, and give up at lat. Now,I am planning to study English,I have stick it nearly one month,I hope I can stick it out.hope you well.

Don't say something like hatint yourself any more,my deal friend, just loveyourself an mre as possible. Most of us in the world hve this bad habit,i think. Congratulation on you to find out this bad habit, that means you will overcomt it completely. perhaps youd should learn to make a plan that not diffixult and far for you to make it,and when you succeed yo reach the goal ,you'll enjoy the happiness you get from it ,and the next time, you 'll insit on when you think about the happiness.

Hi Lynette, it depends what the plan is, if it is a diet or something like that no I tend not to but with projects and anything else I will persevere. I can't give any advice really other than I will break what I need to do down into small sections so the task doesn't seem too daunting and set small goals to achieve in order to reach the larger one eventually.
