The paypal account is like your Savings bank account in our local bank, what are all the details which you will be providing to open the bank account opening, you have to provide all those details to opening the paypal account also. Paypal account, is the secured way of get the online payouts, because this is based on the e-mail ids, since the E-mail ids are unique in nature.. Since its the online process, there is no need to the paypal should available in all over the world, but the paypal is available in all over the world, even we have paypal office in all over the india, in all the states they have a office.. When you open your Paypal account you have to provide all your personnal details, and also to verify the same, you have to provide your Credit/Debit card informations, this is the way in which your Id and address proof will get it checked., for this verifications the it will be charged $1.75, through your credit/debit card statements.. and also the same will be get it credited to your paypal account with in two or three days from the date of activations/verification of your paypal account.. After verification, you can add your bank details, once you got the money in your paypal account, if you give the withdrawal request, the said money will be converted to Indian Rupee and the same will be get it credited to your (indian) Savings bank account.. for this service your bank may charge $1.00 or $2.00 according to the banks. You can change your paypal profile at any point of time, if you have given any of the details by wrongly, you can make it rectify at any point of time, and also once your credit/debit card details updated, it will clearly updated your records, there will not be any problem. Keep posting and enjoy mylot.. All the very best.

Well I was also doubtful regarding the same. Actually few days back I read somewhere that money transfer through PayPal has been banned in India due to some security issues. I hope this news to be false because PayPal is a common source of money transfer nowadays, so its ban is going to affect all those who earn income through online work.
