Council gets job done, 23 years later!!!

A householder who asked his council to repair a path has had his wish come true - 23 years later. Bruce Piggott was stunned when worked from Welwyn Hatfield Council in Hertfordshire finally arrived to mend the walkway in front of his home. 'It was marvellous. I couldnt believe it.' said the 65 year old!! Can you imagine asking for something to be fixed and finally years later it does!! This could have been a Health and Safety issue but obviously it wasnt that important to the council!
