"writing can lessen the stress"

After the long day from work and if you feel stress..writing is the answer.write down your thoughts,anger,angst in life.It really helps to lessen the stress.There are times that you don't want to share what you are feeling for the day..it is best to write it down.you will feel light after doing it.and another suggestion would be if you can't release the anger in your heart...write it down and burn it...it works..and remember..the stress feeling can make you look old.so just take it easy and smile.

I like your idea of stress reliever. It's good to write your emotions. I used to do that. I even write poems but after college, I lost my touch. I can't even write four good lines. But now, I'm glad I can write poems again. I got inspired to something and had my groove back so to speak. I'm trying to write a story now. It's hard but I hope to complete it someday one way or another. I like the burning part of what you said.
