Yes, I am always in a rush every morning. Preparing the kids for school, and preparing myself to work and giving intructions to the baby sitter since I still have a 2 year old at home. Well, always in a rush.. seems like unending routine. What about you? do feel the sane. How did you manage? Sometimes, I would wihs to have a little break.. lol.

I am never in a rush, but then again, I do not have kids. I do think about what I need to do the next morning if I have something that needs to be done, and then I do it if I can. If you have extra time at night, perhaps set aside outfits for your kids to wear, unless they are old enough to do it themselves. Find what you can prepare for at night so that you have a few extra minutes in the morning before you have to leave for work.

Well, thanks that is the best thing to do.. but I always come home late at night too, and when I arrived I am deadly tired. What I do, is jut prepare them on week ends. Thanks for the reply.

I have two kids 5 and 11 and it can be a hectic morning at times. Getting my 11 year old to actually get out of bed getting my 5 year olds clothes on and hairbrushed getting the car out of the garage going back home when we forget something! It can be difficult to manange!

I'm not really in rush everyday since at my work they implement flexi time. I just have to render 8 hours of work. But before i go to work,i always instruct my baby's nanny on what she needs to do. Especially today, my 21 month old son is sick. I really want to go home now.. I usually rush in going home.. I want to see my baby as soon as work is finished.
