Mushroom or Toadstool?

Can anyone tell me where either of mushroom or toadstool can be found?

I used to go mushrooming when I was a little girl, I could tell the difference but today even some of the mushrooms are poison so I only buy them now from the supermarket, in hope they know the difference...

I wished you've tasted mushrooms,its a substitute for beef.I like it so much and looking for toadstool.
