How are you eager to help new members?

in my side to help this new members i post response to there discussion as possible cause being a new members is not easy a lot of questions comes to there mind. how and how to questions. but the most thing important for me is have this new members be active in mylot. new members expect a lot on how much could they earn and if they aren't satisfied with the earnings they get they might not going back to here.
So what you do help this new members..
for new members check this out may posters here can teach you and give tips ^____^

well, adding them as as friend of mine here... and responding to there discussions if its interesting to me... giving them more tips and advices... then somestimes, in my new referrals here, assisting them on what to do and how to do... but, unluckily, of all my 25 referrals, only a few posted but, never continued and other never posted... hard to convince' hehehe'

hi i have 5 referred friends here in mylot but luckily i missed to give the right link for my referral link cause before the this mylot site design updated the link for the profile is showed above. so i gave my profile link instead of my referral link
and take note that 1 referred friend that i had give my profile link still very much active and i have also other 3 that is my under my affiliate is no longer active now.
yeah its really hard to convince people

hi kababayan, i just recently add you as a friend i am very sorry for a very late addition as my friend but in case you wanted to be a friend of someone here you can just add them directly as your friend i am very sure they accept your request as people here in mylot are very good and kind

i usually give tips to new member a nd welcome them to mylot....if a person feels welcome and felt like he/she is gaining friends on a site i think they'll always comeback and be active.

i also do the same becoz i would to give back the gratitude for those members who responded on my post when i was really new...
