just got from a friend.. he was really concern about his sleeping patterns and got this somewhere... hope we all benefit from this! have a nice day!
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals(detoxific ation) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their
homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay
fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

This is very interesting! Thank you for posting it. I have had messed up sleeping patterns for a very long time. And obviously from reading this is probably hasn't been good for my health. Every now and then I have gone through a few days where I actually get to sleep early, but then I wake up way early also. I should really to try to do this and see if it helps me feel better. I know intellectually that sleeping cycles are important for the body to repair itself, but seeing this all laid out definitely makes me more concerned about my sleep cycles. I have always been a night person, I stay up sometimes till 4-5 am and then sleep till noon-2pm, and still wake up so wrecked that I have to force myself to not go back to sleep.

wow this is really interesting information. i guess i'm a walking time bomb as i miss the toxin-elimination round completely. i do try to sleep by 11pm though most times i'd only go to bed around 12mn. the rest of the process is good but i only wake up around 7am. that means i'll retain more toxin inside me. guess i'll have to work harder on sleep earlier. hopefully i'll be able to wake up earlier too. cheers ;p
