Why do parents not watch there kids? I live on a street where there are kids that live in almost every house. There always kids are running all over the place.There parents never know where there at. Tonight just topped it off.So we yelled for are kids to come in and about 30 mins later. There was a knock at the door. It was a mother asking if her son was at are house. We where like no I think there at a little boys house down the street. She was like is the up the street or down the street. I was are you freaking kidding me. She had no idea where her son was. Mind you he is only 7. My son is 7 along with 2 other kids. I know where they are at. In my house I mite have to go looking for them,but that is another store. But in this day and age there are so many nasty people out there that would drive up and snatch your kid and would be gone forever. Why o Why parents letting this happen. Its not just one family there is few family they never know where there kids are. I'm so pissed right now.

I don't understand it either. I wonder sometimes if these people that let their children run here and there even listen or read the news.
What shocks the daylights out of me is to see little ones wandering around a store without a parent in sight. I've been known to nonchalantly trail a child until they ended up with who I felt was certain their guardian.
People just don't realize what they're doing when they don't keep an eye on their children.

Hello susanlee,
I do the same thing. One time in wal-mart there was a little boy about 6 or so walking around and this parents where now where to be found. So I followed him untill he said mommy. I was mama did you lose your son. She turned around and said no with a addtuide. I told her with a addtuide do you know how easy it is for some one to steal your son and be out of the parking lot before you relized he was missing. Needless to say she craped her son and ran off. I just wanted to slap her.
