I hope it's not true. I have an underactive thyroid and I've read things that soy isn't good to the thyroid. When I was going through the CHANGE I was taking soy to prevent Hot Flashes which helped. Now I'm wondering, Did the soy cause my thyroid problem???? I have to take meds for the rest of my life for thyroid.

Too much soy can be bad for you. Soy does have a hormone similar to estrogen in it. However, soy is a much healthier choice than drinking cowns milk (even organic, still has cow hormones in it) and any meat.
