What will you do if there's a person who plagiarize/ripped your works?

I just wanna know if what willyou do if a person who plagiarize/ripped your own works without asking permission. Do you confront that person first? or rant about that person by posting an entry about what she/he did.
The works he/she plagiarize is copyrighted, that means you own that work.

Well yeah i have experienced that usually on friendster. I do make my own layout there and codes for some css and they just steal them without my permission and thats really sucks!!
It depends on the person. If the person is kinda closed to me well.. I just ignored it but I did tell them some words about it through jokes because I don't want to hurt their feelings. LOL
