i made a nightmare ;ast night it is the most scarest dream i have ever made terrible when i remind it my hair stand on and stop stop i do not wanna pick up stop thinking of it sometimes we honestly know that the dreams will never never come to ture but we still feeling unconfortable expeially after seeing a scary movie after i made a nightmare or watched a scary movie i will turn on the light during the night when i am sleeping that would reduce my scary though can not disperse it compeletly but sometimes even i have not made nightmare or watching scary movies some people will be afriad to sleep alone have you ever made nightmare what is your feelings if yo the dream realy impact your mood how can you deal with it? have you had some tips to tick the blue mood off plaese share with me i am ooking forward to yo i would feel afraid of something whne i am alone such the flying curtern i know the wind is bowing but stil feel afraid
