Enough is Enough

I left here last night at 101 posts and my star. I log in today to find I am at 97 post again. This is extremely frustrating and unwarranted as I dont post random stuff and I have never posted anything which would be regarded as against policy. There needs to be some kind of accountability for the mods that erase posts, and pretty much mess with peoples earning, ranking, and such. At least message the person and explain why their post or response is being taken away. Then we would have some kind of recourse. I assume that the owners of this site would want people to come here and enjoy themselves, because the more people the more money they would make. These sort of actions, which in my mind is basically poor customer service, really hinder my enjoyment here. Anyone else had this happen and/or found a solution.

If we respond to discussions containing something against the Mylot rules which causes the discussion to be deleted then responses are deleted too thus causing loss of earnings and posts. Unfortunately recently with many new users not reading or abiding by the TOS there have been several discussions deleted. You'll settle once you notice where not to reply and checking the guidelines now and then is a good thing for all of us to new whether we are old or new users here. I know how you must be feeling now but it passes. Just carry on contributing and enjoting MyLot and all will fall into place. Happy posting!

It's not a case of 'value' so much as 'violations' that I was talking about.

Again some checks and balances would be nice. Just a simple heads up by the staff would solve some problems and might start some dialog.

Well it really shouldn't be a case where I have to figure out the value of someone elses post. Again a simple message saying why the post was deleted would go a long way. That way I can decide if I need to press the issue on a complaint or not.

Hi Schneiderman, Boy Do I Feel the same way you do. I been spending more time on this site and have seen some of this happening to me too. I hope you find your answers. I always wanted to know which ones of my posts caused that for me but I never got my answer.

I had somekind of experience like this... not just the number of my post that I have lost but instead... ONE discussion that I have made sincerely out from my heart's content. I had about 50+ responses within 2 days but wasn't able to read all because they have deleted it. I dunno why...
