New PhP100 Bills with UP logo

Have you heard of this special edition of P100 bills? It is sold at UP for P1000 for four bills and a special folder. What do you think of this? Is this worth buying? If not how much should have it been.

I waste of money If Im going to buy that special bill from UP no way. Im just being practical.=;

it is worth buying for collectors..but for ordinary people would you think they will spend their money for that? i think they will buy food instead..it is not practical especially now that we are having a food crisis.. so for me it not worth buying. I rather spend the money to buy rice than buy a collectors item.
