I was doing some research on instant heaters when I came across this article. A pretty ingenious way to recycle and invent! I am actually amazed at the way it is made. And that it actually works!! Do you think inventions like that will take off where you live? Check it out here -- http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_2360667.html?menu=

this is totally brilliant! i wish i have the space for something like this. with the ever increasing energy pricees, i'd go to a greater length to save energy. sometimes i just wish that solar panels will be mass produced. i get pretty good sunlight at my place. but it only warms up my bed and nothing else. i often wish i can afford solar panels to take advantage of all that good sunshine. :p

Maybe you can. For all you know, it may be possible in the future! With the way technology is evolving these days, it is not impossible. Just need to keep the eyes peeled for good innovative products to help in that cause.

yes i believe gadgets to tap solar power will be in the market soon. however i don't think i can afford it. it seems that these things are expensive to manufacture. maybe the demand is still too low. i think hdb should start building flats that has solar panels right on the roof top. at least it can reduce some reliance on fuel. keep posting about these stuff. it's really interesting to know that there are things that can be done. ;p
