Ways to improve metabolism

Metabolism is a set of chemical reactions that occur in our body. Each of these reactions coordinated with other body functions. A metabolic disorder is any disease that caused by an abnormal chemical reaction. There are ways to improve our metabolism. They are - 1. Just be active always - like climbing the stairs, walking inside office when ever it is possible, use the main telephone in the office other than using the extension then you have to walk to where the phone is kept. 2. Weight training 3.Building muscles - if more the muscle mass the higher the metabolic rate. 4. Avoid Alcoholic drinks 5. Brisk walking
