Censored Birthday cake Photos?

A Mother in England wanted a baby photo of Her son on his Birthday cake-The Store Censored the photo with a star on the baby's butt,as that,under their policy,was Nudity! http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/merseyside/7474968.stm Have You ever used a baby photo on a Cake? Ever experience anything like this? Got an Opinion? Thanks for responses!

That's rediculous! I mean, we see baby butts in commercials for diapers all the time, why not on a birthday cake! .

No I have never come across this before - if the store was going to do this they should have warned the customer as it's not really fair aftre they have ordered it and wanted the baby picture. I can understand if it's their policy but come on, it's a family cake not to be shown to people who may take it the wrong way!!
