Who can tell me how to get touch with the master of MYLOT?

You can reach administration by sending a message to the username 'mylot' like the first response said. But you have to remember that they get many, many messages in a day and they can't possibly respond to every single one in a timely manner. I don't know how they decide what ones to answer but my guess is that they only have time to respond to true issues and questions. If it can be found in the TOS, FAQs, guidelines or any otheer link, I doubt they'll answer, you need to look for yourself. If it's a complaint or suggestion, they'll probably take it under consideration but they get many of thse in a day also. Good luck in trying to reach someone, I'm sure they will read your message but don't be surprised if you don't hear back.
