I made $480 with forex today!

I dont really believe this and i dont know what really to do. May be its beginners luck, or may be i just got paid for the hard work i've been putting to earn money online.
British pound went up all the way up for 200 points against US dollars and i caught up with the rally right from the begining, i know its luck, i dont have much experience with forex, infact i started just 4 days back with a $125 account.
i relay only on technical analysis (charts and moving averages) for getting the price signals, i'm sure lot of you people are also earning handsomely with forex, please share your experience, also share your favorite site on forex resources. did u catch the GBP/USD rally too?
Having said this, i know that forex trading can be extremely risky and a bad decision can totally empty your account in seconds, but the sheer thrill of money growing before your eyes is an amazing feeling. I'm glad that i got my investment back and can experiment with the rest of my profits, who knows! i might loose it tomorrow but i'm enjoying the moment now!

This sounds really good, its the risky part that scares me. Apart from my penchant for bad luck and hasty decisions there is the fact that I just don't know enough about finance for me to try this.
To do something like this you must have a certain confidence, which comes from knowledge, about the nature of what you are doing.
I think people should be explained the nature of finance before being allowed to use the forex market.
A lot less people will lose money and the public will be safer.
This is not for me right now.

yes! with knowledge comes confidence and with confidence comes success. Hasty decisions are some thing you should avoid while trading, there is no real place for emotions, every one will suffer losses once in a while in forex market but you should have the composure to recover from that, people say that with expert traders you never can tell if they are making profits or incurring losses, they are too composed. But i can tell you one thing... no one can learn trading just by learning the theory, you learn it only doing the real thing, and in that process you will have to take some losses.

Forex is dealing in foreign currencies, u buy a currency and sell if for a higher cost to get the profit... send me a pm and i can tell u how to get started... but it is also risky business, you can loose money if you are not careful , i say u do the home work before getting started.

You should register with a broker first, and then u can download their software and start trading. But before that i feel you should do your home work by learning about the forex market, its highly profitable as well as damn risky, only start it with the money u can afford to loose, if u need detailed info please send me a Pm.

as far as i know forex trading is very risky. But it's great if you can make that amount of money in forex trading. I sugest to be more carefull not to lose it.
And try to share the tips in forex trading to help others

i know its damn risky, but i learn that as part of my education, i just wanted to have a taste of it, no one can really predicts how the market moves, it can go any where... today was my day, thats how i sum it.

and the advices are
1. Do the home work, analysis etc..
2. Dont be greedy (sell off once ur targets are met)
3. Only Play with the money u can afford loosing.

yep! its better that u take ur time and do the necessary research before entering forex... its very easy to get an empty account the very first day!

yeah there is risk, but again what is fun in not taking any risk at all... i study forex management as part of my education, so that makes it a bit less risky!

i use etoro . Some how i felt pound will rise, and once it started climbing i made a stop loss, i was prepared for a $40-50 profit, but it went climbing, so i thoght lets see how it goes... and here i'm, dont tell me to do it again!

Oh ,You are so lucky now.There are some people who was very lucky .I tried forex for a long time ,Win and lost ,at last what I have is an empty account .So if u are lucky one,try to keep this .Hope u made something bigger

yes its easy to get your account empty if u are not careful... the biggest rule is not get greedy... have a target in your mind and once you reach that make sure u close the deal no matter what!
