As part of the company requirement, we need to go for a medical check-up every year. So my answer to your query would be once every 1st quarter of the year.

Late last year up to early this year, I've had checkups almost once a week. It was when I had a minor stroke last December. Right now, I'm ok and I'm on a once per 3 months check up with my doctors. My regular check is per 3-4 months as well.

Hello,...... NOt only the aged people but also the youngsters are also required to check up their health at least once a year as the present level of pollution has effected our health so badly that we may suffer anytime from various lifestyle diseases like diabetes, obesity and blood pressure etc.so we should not take any risk.but being an old man of seventy, never mind to go to a doctor for my check up.what i remember,i had done my health check up around three years back.however i have no problems relating to my health.i am doing fine.thanx.

I agree with you that even youngsters need to have their health check at least once a year. The incidence of lifestyle disease has been increasing. Glad that you're doing fine.

I usually go to the doctor once a year. She does all the check-ups at this time. However, in the last three years I've had three babies so I've been to the doctor more times than I can count!
