Helium won't remember me!!

Has anyone else been having this problem with Helium? For a long time, everything was fine. Since the upgrades (which, by the way, I Love) I click on 'remember me' when I log in, but it never does. It is so frustrating because sometimes I walk away from my computer for a while and have to log back in because the session times out. If it would remember me, I could save some time.
I looked on the community boards over there and didn't find anything about this. Am I the only one?1 person likes this

It has happened but it probably was a glitch. It hasn't done that lately. I guess even sites have that happen. I'm not sure how else to explain it but my assumption would be maybe it was default that it did that or not. Either way, I think it's fixed now and there isn't anything else that's causing that problem.

It's doing that for me as well. I guess whatever the problem was it got corrected. Maybe it was sent through email to get it taken care of instead of on the forums. It could also be the admins were aware of the situation and were attempting to fix it.

Apparently it is fixed because lately it has been remembering me.

Helium doesn't remember anyone. I think that is because of how the technical part of the site is adjusted. Since it is an earning site, helium does not want others to log into your account and manipulate accounts. There is no point of frustration as that is how they could safeguard your account.

From time to time it remembers me, then it won't. I only log in from my own computer, and I am the only one who uses it, so it is not a security issue with me.

Helium doesn't 'remember me' either. I just deal with it and sign in each time. I was there awhile ago and looked at Marketplace and the contests. I need to get back to writing in there. My biggest problem is getting the darned article started.

I know, it's not a big deal, just a minor annoyance. But seeing the option is available and then finding out it doesn't work is a let down.
I have not been writing much either. I have trouble getting motivated lately. I just went through and wrote down about a dozen titles I may like to write to. Now it's a matter of getting started....
