Hi marketing, we are far from the bus stop and makes me sad too since I can't go out not unless my friend will pick me up or my husband is free from work! taxi are too way expensive too and it's not practical for me to take it just for strolling or going to the mall!

I know what you mean . My fiance takes the only car when he is at work . The nearest stop is 25 mins away and that hardly takes you anywhere.

We have to walk about 3 blocks to the bus stop to go downtown, and about 2 blocks home from the one coming back from downtown. It's not too bad at all, though it can be difficult when I have luggage with me, for a trip.

When I was growing up we had one right in our front yard and that was so nice . Now where I am at you have to walk a good 25 mins . Buses dont run in my area too often and not to all places which sucks . You have to connect most times which is a pain . I live to far from the city .

Yes back when I was taking the bus it would stop right on the corner of my road's driveway and also have a stop across the street in the afternoon's but I know take a car and I only take the bus when I want to conserve gas.

Hi Marketing, that is a fair old trek carrying your son, couldn't you use a buggy for him? I am alucky the neareast busstop is at the end of my road, very convienent. The bus services here though are very good and go all round the houses rather than just main routes and are every 12 minutes until the early hours of the morning. Ellie :D
