This was happened in northern Queensland city, how do you think about this? Do you think, people who in wheel chair could be charged with drink driving? I think, police should charged him, although he will do any harm to other people, but it's will do harm to himself. Just think if he really drinked a lot, how can he drive his wheel chair without anything happened.

I don't think someone in a wheelchair is any more dangerous than someone who is drunk while walking. The problem with driving drunk is that it typically means the person is in a car which can easily kill or injure people. A person in a wheelchair would have to be moving very quickly for someone to not be able to get out of the way in time. Unless the person is in an electric wheelchair and one that can move fairly quickly, then the charge shouldn't be drunk-driving, but perhaps public intoxication.
