do you think coffee is helpful in making decisions??

Hi Coffee is a stimulant. It also increase alertness and the speed of information processing. It doesn't mean that coffee is helpful in decision making. Too much intake of coffee is not good for health.

Caffeine gives you better focus and concentration - which obviously helps you make better decisions. But you should not rely on coffee that much because it will become unhealthy if you drink it in excess.

Coffee is not helpful in making decisions. But it certainly gives ease to stress.When I am tensed I like having coffee,it gives me a relief.

hmm...personally, i don't think a cup of coffee would help me in making a decision. because i'm a very objective person. i base my decisions on facts and not on my emotions. :)

I wouldn't be too surprised if it were true. I do believe that coffee is a good pick me up, especially in the morning. I think it can serve in stimulating the brain function and therefore help you concentrate more and maybe make better decisions.I am not an expert in the subject of coffee but maybe it could prove beneficial for some people.
