I can't stand wearing a nightie to bed! - ladies what do you think?

When I go to bed I love to be comfortable, to me there is nothing worse than wearing a nightie to bed. Everytime I roll about in bed it gets caught around me and I wake up in the morning with it pretty much twisted about my neck!I would rather be comfortable than sexy - what do you think?

I cant wear nighties to bed because they annoy me pretty much in the same way as they do you.. I also always find that my legs are frozen when i wake up in the morning.. I prefer my pjs because there much more comfortable and they keep me warm at night. I like to be warm!

I know just what you mean about nighties
not keeping you warm - which is a necessity in
bed!
You end up wriggling about and have them up around your neck which means the rest of
your body freezes.

I agree! I always end up with the stupid thing bunched up in my arm pits. I pretty much never sleep in them, though I might change into one before bed, or in the morning, for lounging around the house. Weirdly, I'm perfectly comfortable sleeping in a large tee-shirt, but I guess they just don't bunch up like nighties do.

I don't think that's a weird thing at all!
T-shirts are the best things ever and they
don't do the bunching under your arm pits

Hey i don't know why i cannot sleep without my night dress, otherwise i never get sleep. Am sort of used to wearing since my chilhood, i mean teen age.

Yeah I guess if you are used to it, it doesn't matter. I prefer a singlet top or something so it doesn't twist around me.

The nighties I have are shorter then your picture but unless it gets to hot for it I wear a nightgown everynight but I dont move around in my sleep very much either. I've always worn one since I was a little girl so I'm used to it.

I totally agree! I hate nighties. I wear pj bottom and top. Have always. or undies
and a singlet. I have to wear something though. Nighties end up getting twisted
and uncomfortable.
