How do you keep your home offices organized?

When I worked outside of the home and had an actual office I was able to keep myself so organzied. I had a spot for everything and had systems set up on how to get things done. But since I have a home office now I can't seem to get that same organization. I don't know what my problem is. Everytime I go to get organized I just have a hard time finding anything. Maybe being around my husbands organized messes has rubbed off on me! How do you all keep your home offices organized?
